Our process includes:

• Daily, morning meets to discuss current market conditions, ideas, and trends.
• Classes offered throughout the week (after the closing of the market) covering topics ranging from technical analysis to series 56 prep-courses.
• Individual development meetings and action plans with senior traders for those who are newer to the industry, and for senior traders the meetings are held with the founding partners.
• Founding partner and hedge fund manager meetings with all traders when there are probable opportunities in the market.
• Long term trading reviews to identify strengths and weaknesses of all traders.

Further, our senior traders and founding partners oversee all individual trading desks and provide input and support as necessary throughout the trading day. It is our belief that hands on, live, continuous support and education from established and experienced traders is the key to success of any trader.
